Our ability to work across numerous locations
We have conducted consultancy assignments, studies, surveys and evaluations across many counties in Kenya namely; Nairobi, Bungoma, Kericho, Nandi Hills, Nakuru, Kisumu, Wajir, Turkana, Garissa, Mandera, Mombasa, Lamu, Kwale, Kilifi, Kajiado, Taita Taveta, Murang’a, Embu, Tharaka Nithi Laikipia and Makueni Counties included due to our model of using local enumerators and research assistants who understand the local languages, local contexts and the local environments that we work in. We have an extensive network of local consultants, enumerators and research assistants who are based in the counties and as such, we will only need to call upon the best of them for briefing, training and orientation to the goals, requirements and objectives of the assignment as well as the study’s protocols in order to conduct a successful study.
Strong networks and relationships
Having worked extensively in the Country at both national and local level, we already have existing relationships with key stakeholders including donor agencies, government bodies at all levels (both national & county levels), county governments and the national government, implementing partners and local community leaders. This enhances unhindered access across the counties.
Strong operational systems and advancements in ICT
Strong networks, logistical systems & adoption of ICT strategies in the conduct of surveys and operations such as GPS and GIS technology, ODK software, electronic data collection – all of which enhances quality assurance & control of studies.
